NO YEAST BREAD
2 1/4 CUPS PAMELA'S BAKING & PANCAKE MIX
2 TBSP SUGAR
1/4 TSP SALT
1/2 TBSP BAKING PIOWDER
1/2 CUP WATER
2 EGGS, BEATEN
2 TBSP OIL
Put all dry ingredients in bowl
and mix. Add liquid ingredients and mix 3 minutes on high. pour dough in small greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 min, slit top of bread and bake at 325 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.
